Additions
- Added checkpoints before boss rooms. Guess you guys aren’t big fans of DS1, huh.
Fixes
- Enemies would get stuck on Naomi if she was colliding with them, even when they’d try moving away from her. (This was most noticeable with Zarok attempting to backstep if you ran into him.)
- Very very very very very small visual bug where after sleeping in a bed, Naomi would still be standing for one frame as the camera faded back in. This might’ve only been an issue with flipped xscale beds, which weren’t present before this build.

- Added gamepad support.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Kobold Guards would stay stunned indefinitely
- Bows will now continue to charge when holding the Special button
- Fixed a problem where, when picking up two items on the same exact frame with only one inventory space free, the game no longer crashes.

Fixes
- Pressing the action button on any empty armor equipment slot, while a weapon is equipped, would crash the game.
- For some reason, colliding with enemies would clip them into the floor.
- You could double jump by attacking in midair, then immediately jumping again.

Fixes
- Fixed a bug where sometimes, checkpoint triggers would spawn Naomi in walls.
- Wall slugs no longer clip Naomi into walls after multiple hits.
- Simasix now always does his full swing whenever Naomi is standing on an arena corner.
- Double KO’ing a boss now always results in a win.
Gameplay Changes
- Removed “predictive” camera and smoothed out camera movement during cutscenes.
- Jumping and Sprinting are now more strict and messed a little bit with how jumping feels to control in terms of horizontal movement. Also, gave a small grace period to jump when walking off a ledge, for tighter platforming segments.
- Tweaked Kobold Thief’s AI.
- Overhauled Regen.
- Made enemies more “solid”, so that Naomi can’t push them around.
- The color of damage numbers now correlates with relative damage, determined by stance.
- Added a backstep mechanic.
- Added a Special button which utilizes the alternate functions of weapons, mainly just used to block, for now.
- Simasix’s fight is a little more dynamic than before.
- Destroyed Entity List resets upon game over.

Fixes
- Vertical room transitions no longer freeze the game.
- Charging a Bow or Dragonslayer while triggering a cutscene volume no longer crashes the game, and instead puts away your weapon.
- Fixed a slight issue with how movement was determined at the beginning of Zarok’s defeat cutscene.
- Fixed two crashes of dubious origin.
Gameplay Changes
- Increased minimum distance for Zarok’s rush attack to trigger.

i for one, adore dark souls 1, but i like the game so far feels smooth and fluid,
I finished the 2 bosses and my last save was in the bedroom just before the end of level 2. Will i still be able to transfer my saves in the next versions of the game if the map changes ? Also really cool game, love it.
