After skimming the comments of my last post, I realized that I forgot to ever publicly announce (here, at least) that I'm done working on Tailbound.

I've developed the game about as far as I can on my own, which means everything that I intended to include is working and in the game. The only aspect missing, of course, is sound and music. I'm not a composer or sfx producer, and despite attempting to hire 3 different people throughout Tailbound's development, they've all flaked out and began ghosting me. (And after TB's launch and moving house, well, I couldn't exactly afford to hire anyone with the average rates these guys wanted.) For those interested, here's the document I was sending to potential composers. Really, I wish I could just copypaste the songs I used as examples into the game, but that'd easily lead to a DMCA

While I could theoretically buy a handful of asset packs/browse opengameart/etc. for music and sounds, it wouldn't mesh together, and I'm sure each one would loop in a different way. Even if not, looping was a big reason I needed to get original music for the game, since my music system I had for Tailbound Classic/Moontide didn't work with two separate audio files, (Which is how VGM tracks are typically split up) since with GMS2 that usually leads to audible clicking between loops.

At this point though, I've already quit NSFW, and don't want to work on Tailbound anymore. (Haven't drawn a single dick or ass in 6 months now) I was hoping people would respect and understand that, but after reading some of the comments... Yeah. I'm sorry if the lack of sound really bothers you, and leads to an unfinished feeling, but this is unironically the best that I can do on my own.
