This is very fun. The combat isn't very deep, but it's ok. Found all weapon types but the sword comparably weaker, so I didn't use them. I like that the game forced me to engage with blocking by introducing those nasty hook kobolds. Platforming is very satisfying with the running giving you more jump height. The bosses could use more health, they didn't take many hits at all. The default keyboard layout is complete garbage. I found WASD for movement, space for jump, lshift for run, lctrl for attack, q and e for dash and block a better layout that you can use with 1 hand. The sex scenes have very good art, and the animation is good enough
Game has some really good artistic direction, Has the normal Banger art from Wurm. Will say this is like SOTN if you had soap for shoes
The randomized equipment Is a fun idea, lets players focus on stats they care for even if I have 0 idea what they do Outside of Regen and LS The boss fights are very simple But the porn afterward is very Pog. If I have to give one major point of improvement, readjust damagetables, I am either at 100 HP or I am 5 HP away from becoming a cock sleeve,
Either way Please add the ability to fuck the rabbit at the start, Or let him the BBEG Also Music is good, Nothing id play on loop for 5 hours good, But good.
Reletively bug free to a casual playthrough. my only small gripe is chain jumping often results in a sort of boosting effect similar to getting a running start. not big, but it might make speed platforming difficult later, may want to look into that.
The game isn't built around speed platforming. The "boosting" effect you're talking about is likely the small initial jolt of horizontal velocity jumping gives you - if you're already walking/dashing.
explaining it is sort of difficult. but it doesn't quite feel that way when every second jump onword feels like running speed boost when you aren't running. but if its intentional then i guess it just means i need to learn some input delay on my side then. To explain i have the chronic '''bouncing' habit when backtracking empty areas. so naturally i keep missing jumps due to the second jumps having more horizontal momentum than planned for at walking speed. honestly, unless you're trying to do it its not something you can do on accident anyway, so i was wondering if i was doing something weird i shouldn't be able to is all.
Carpetwurm is correct. I've noticed it too, and a few side platforms are placed to seemingly take advantage of it. it is a boost due to the way jumping works if you're already moving. It actually kinda makes for a nifty secret IMO, but I do think consistency might be better, plus then a dash could maybe be implemented later for those further jumps perhaps? I can see a lot of potential on this game, so i'll be keeping an eye on it. I love games of this design type as I've been playing them all my life and I would like to leave my compliments at the great visual style and solid foundation this game has.
Yes, I found that out shortly after posting this ironically. I didn't notice it on my first playthrough, all the long jumps I found other ways to get to via the aforementioned manner ironically. I thought it was odd at first but it makes a lot more sense now. I thought some of those out of reach areas were rewards for discovering that little trick at first!
Still, I really love what you have so far and I'll be keeping a close eye on this game. I think it has the potential to be something pretty special.
Messing around with it, you are right that there's a perceivable boost when you jump immediately upon hitting the ground. It feels like a bug, but I'm not sure if it's the intended horizontal boost /not/ triggering on the first jump, or if it's somehow doubling for subsequent jumps.
Took me about 3 hours to "finish" this build, ether im bad or thats just how long the game is lol. Points aside I love this game, the animations and everything is top notch. Ready to see where ya take the game, 10/10 from me.
When I found out that there was a furry Castlevania in which you play as hot wolf chick, I knew that I had to play it. I loved every second of this game and can't wait to see where it goes.
Good game. Solid platforming and combat, if a little trick on balance in some places. I probably would have been fine with your original intent of the "Dark Souls" runback to the boss, though at the time the enemies didn't respawn so it didn't really have a purpose.
Very impressed by the animations and sex scenes thus far. I love the theme of this subby breed-hungry wolf girl. Looking forward to more!
I finished the 2 bosses and my last save was in the bedroom just before the end of level 2. Will i still be able to transfer my saves in the next versions of the game if the map changes ? Also really cool game, love it.

it could be. i was just wondering if that was supposed to be happening or not. Right now you have to go out of your way to trigger it though.

There are 5 scenes, you most probably didn't get the last scene with the guy at the start location, you need to find the key and release him
